1.3. You are solely responsible for the content you share through the Application. You must ensure that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe on the rights of others.

1.4. Any misuse of the Application, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, may result in immediate termination of your access to the Application.

1.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if we detect any violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Service.

2. Data and Privacy

2.1. The Application does not require user registration or collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, etc.). The only data collected and stored are the text messages exchanged between you and your partner.

2.2. You have full control over your data. You can delete your stored messages at any time using the account deletion feature within the Application.

2.4. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

2.5. The Application employs encryption and other security measures to protect your messages. However, you are responsible for taking necessary precautions to safeguard your device and data.

3. Advertisements

3.1. The Application may display third-party advertisements to support its free usage. These advertisements help us maintain and improve the Application.

3.2. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements and disclaim any responsibility for them. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads.

3.3. Advertisers may use tracking technologies to provide personalized advertisements. For more information about how these advertisers handle your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

3.4. You can disable personalized advertisements by adjusting your device settings where applicable.

4. Notifications and Background Services

4.2. The Application uses background services to update the home widget and ensure its functionality. These services may continue running in the background even when the Application is closed. A persistent notification will be displayed to inform you that the service is active.

4.3. You can manage and customize notification settings within your device settings.

4.4. Disabling background services may impact certain features of the Application, including the home widget functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content within the Application, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.3. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the Application is strictly prohibited.
